چکیده
A bulk-driven operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) suitable for ultralow-power and ultralow-voltage applications is described. The exploits local positive feedback in the first stage to increase its transconductance. OTA entails a single Miller capacitor frequency compensation, thus saving area occupation improving performance. As distinctive feature of proposed solution, stable capacitive loads higher than 5 pF. Implemented 65-nm standard CMOS technology, solution occupies an 10.6 $\cdot$ 10 notation="LaTeX">$^{-3}$ mm notation="LaTeX">$^{2}$ powered from 0.3 V, with total quiescent current equal 8.5 notation="LaTeX">$\mu $ A. Experimental measurements show gain–bandwidth (GBW) product 1.65 MHz (0.81 MHz) phase margin (PM) 70 notation="LaTeX">$^{\circ}$ (71 notation="LaTeX">$^{\circ})$ when driving 50-pF (150-pF) load, featuring best figures merit compared other multistage sub-1-V OTAs literature.
